WHAT SUNRISES HAVE TAUGHT ME ABOUT GRIEF…

🌻Just like no two sunrises are ever the same, the effects of grief upon a person can never be understood by another. No one truly knows how I feel.

🌻 Every person only has so many sunrises to experience in their lifetime, don’t miss a single moment because the end comes suddenly.

🌻 I’ve learned that with every sunrise, darkness has come upon someone else. We are not alone!

🌻 I’ve learned that when darkness comes upon me, others can now find hope because the light has come back to them. I am not alone!

🌻 No matter how spiritual, religious, or how “much” Jesus I have, the loss of a loved one leaves an emptiness that can be unbearable at times.

🌻 I MUST make a choice to look for the sun to come up again or I will surrender to darkness, despair, and unrelenting hopelessness.

🌻 I have come to KNOW that darkness CAN’T remain forever, and there is a day coming where darkness will be gone forever!

🌻I know that I know that God is GOOD, and His Son shines forever…way beyond the darkness.

Thank you Lord for your everyday love and giving me HOPE for a greater tomorrow by rescuing me, and allowing me to watch the Son RISE again. Thank you for the SUNRISE!
